He was always transparent about time frames and cost and worked well with my architect and the corporate office. Norm paid attention to every detail. The site was always clean and organized. And best of all, my project came in on budget and was completed ahead of schedule. The process could not have gone smoother on my end. I know this was because everyone at Pope Construction worked to make that my experience. I would not hesitate to work with them again. I highly recommend this company.

I have been involved with many building projects with Pope Construction. I appreciate the open discussions and the care that was shown all the way from Greg Pope to his staff. The size and budget of the projects led to some things not being totally scoped out at the onset so Greg and his superintendents kept those items in front of me so I could hold up my responsibility regarding schedule. Seems like Wyoming continues to struggle with subcontractor availability but I was always proud of the work Pope had done for me or the organizations I was involved in.

Mark and Connor at Pope Construction exceeded my expectations for our commercial building construction project at 410 SE Wyoming Blvd, Casper. They handled the project with professionalism, speed, accurately, and with the level of communication that helped me make the real-time decisions throughout the project to keep it moving. The onsite supervisor did a great job managing the various vendors and subs. I’ve been in banking and real estate for over 25 years, and it was one of the easiest projects to manage and coordinate because of the quality work they performed. We meet regularly on the project status updates but they also have a great software that allowed me to see pictures of the progress and authorize change request real time, all while maintaining approval tracking and statuses. Their communication and the software ensured I knew where we were on the budget throughout the entire process. No surprises. I would highly recommend Pope Construction.
